I have no idea scratch
Last week tues I did a inspection on my car at school.
I had it raised on the hydro-lift then after steering was a bit stiff? later on the following day confused
It can't b my steering fluid, steering pump because there were no sign of leakage and was in the correct level.

I think I should just buy a new/used car at prestige

Sounds very peculiar scratch

Start with basic things first. What did you last touch during this "inspection"? It might have been bad upper strut mounts; when the car was lifted they could have dropped out of place and could be causing the unusual resistance while turning since it was lowered and suspension loaded. Are your suspension springs original or cut or clamped? Is the steering difficult either direction or is it only in one direction? Any unusual noise associated with the difficult steering? Is your tire inflation correct (if too low it can affect steering and require more effort to steer)? Did you dress the belt/pulleys with anything at all?

Aside from your power steering fluid level and checking for fluid leaks make sure that your power steering belt is tight/has correct tension. Get back to us if you've checked all these above; there are more items to check but do the basic stuff first & you should eliminate them from this list to proceed with some certainty to direction of diagnosis.
